Payment Services Terms

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply when Mesopo provides payment gateway integration, merchant onboarding, or sub-account services under our master agreements with banks and payment providers. They supplement our general Terms & Conditions and any signed statement of work.

Sub-accounts under Mesopo

Where a provider allows it, Mesopo opens a dedicated merchant or sub-account for your business under Mesopo’s master merchant agreement with the payment institution. Your business is identified in onboarding (KYC/business documents as required). Funds collected through your checkout may be held or routed per the provider’s rules before withdrawal to your designated bank account or wallet.

Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available balance to your linked payout destination, subject to provider minimums, settlement cycles, and compliance checks. Mesopo and the provider may delay or refuse withdrawals if fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory issues are suspected. You are responsible for accurate payout details.

Mesopo service fee (2%)

Mesopo charges a 2% service fee on each withdrawal from your sub-account balance to your payout destination. This fee is deducted at withdrawal time and is separate from any fees charged by the payment gateway, bank, or card network. Example: if you withdraw 1,000,000 IQD, Mesopo’s fee is 20,000 IQD before other provider charges. We will confirm applicable fees in writing before go-live.

Settlements & reporting

Settlement timing depends on the gateway (e.g. T+1 or longer). Mesopo provides reasonable reporting on transactions and withdrawals as available from the provider. You must reconcile payouts with your accounting and notify us promptly of discrepancies.

Compliance & prohibited use

You must comply with anti–money laundering rules, sanctions, and provider acceptable-use policies. Prohibited businesses or activities may be declined or terminated. You indemnify Mesopo for losses arising from your misuse of payment services, except where caused by Mesopo’s gross negligence.
